Regarding your diagnosis of the internal USB Hub failure, I was wondering if that is consistent with the *first* error log line below. This is the *new* error that has appeared now that Reeti is failing to boot. The second line below, which is the one that mentions USB, has appeared all the time that Reeti has been working fine for us.

Also, just to let you know where I am going, I am hoping that maybe we can debug this remotely with your help (we are capable of replacing a component if needed) rather than going through the overhead of a full return. Or maybe not...
Btw, *after* we reset the power supplies as you recommended and Reeti still didn't boot, we *did* apply the updates to the Reeti software that the system requested.
One more thing: After updating the software, one more thing we tried was the "Relaunch PIC" option button. No happiness.
